You may be codependent if: you attend to everyone else's needs before your own; you find yourself wondering what it is that you LIKE TO DO with your downtime, should you ever have any; you get invited to something and genuinely don't know if you WANT to go, or if you just want to please the person who invited you by going; you find yourself locked in relationships that do a lot for the other person while either doing nothing OR actually harming you; you have an "unhealthy attachment" to a controlling or abusive person (unhealthy here means putting their needs before your own).
