Questa settimana siamo in Friuli Venezia Giulia, terra di confine, crocevia di culture e culla di tanta storia. L'esplorazione parte dalla val Resia per poi spostarsi verso ovest, a Polcenigo, dove l'acqua è segno distintivo. Si torna poi nelle valli, ai piedi dello Zoncolan. Ultima tappa della seconda parte, a Trieste al mueo della scienza.Pedaliamo da Trieste verso il confine con la Slovenia, lungo una ciclopedonale di 15 km molto amata dai triestini ricca di reperti di archeologia industriale e poi andiamo alla scoperta della Ciceria, forse l'anima più aspra e autentica del Carso per arrivare al Golfo di Fiume.  Poi torniamo nel cuore di questa regione sul tratto della Ciclovia dell'Alpe Adria che va da Venzone a Grado passando per Palmanova e Aquileia sulle tracce dei siti Unesco.Dedichiamo poi l'ultima parte al trekking, salendo sul Monte Coglians, la vetta più alta della regione, e scoprendo Pal Piccolo, museo a cielo aperto tra storia e paesaggio.
