Nils emphasizes the significance of setting clear intentions and visualizing the desired outcome.  He highlights that even though the coaching journey can be uncertain and challenging, having self-belief and a clear destination in mind are essential. It is important to believe in yourself in order for others to believe in you. Remember, while the journey may get messy, having a destination and the right set of tools can help you reach any destination.
