Vicki Allen's journey has been an exciting mix of live broadcast, windsurfing waves, and now, conquering the digital seas as a Social Media Manager and Consultant at Ashore VA.For ten years, Vicki thrived in the fast-paced world of television production, as Director and Vision Mixer on a live sports programme. But her adventurous spirit craved a change. Enter certified watersports instructor Vicki, teaching in the UK and Abu Dhabi! This experience honed her leadership skills and ability to adapt to new environments.Land eventually called, and Vicki joined the Exe Sailing Club, transforming from Club Professional to Club Manager. Over eight years, she grew the club's community engagement and programmes, proving her dedication to fostering connections.Never one to shy away from a challenge, Vicki charted a new course in 2022, founding Ashore VA. Since then, she's become a social media whiz, managing projects for clients from many industries.
