His mother, Kim, is the person that he is signed to and is not allowed to tell any of the family business. Also, Will Smith and Jada Pinkett-Smith have stated that they are staying together as a family. But Jada is not happy with Will rekindling his friendship with Johnny Deep. Jada thinks Deep is a bad influence on Will and will cause him to do things out of his character.
