Funeral of Rickie Devine (jnr) hears he touched the hearts of many

The Funeral Mass of nineteen-year-old Rickie Devine (jnr) has heard that he will be missed by many people. Rickie Junior, originally from Larkhill near Ballymote, sustained serious injuries when the SUV he was driving veered off the N17 shortly before 8.15pm on Thursday evening. Rickie Junior’s Funeral Mass is currently underway at St. Kevin’s Church, Keash. Burial will follow in Knockbrack cemetery. During the homily, chief celebrant Father Gabriel Murphy said that in his short life, Rickie Junior touched the hearts of so many people. He recounted Rickie Junior’s love of transport and machinery.
