Future Datamine Series: Segment 1

In this new series, Greps and I talk about future skills that could be released soon, as we follow patterns based on skills already released. For each skill, we discuss how well they mesh with units in the game already, as well as other skills. We also discuss if these speculated skills will be released in the game soon, and what sort of impact they might have on the meta.
