God is a God that desires that we move forward. Make progress. “And Jesus increased in wisdom and stature, and in favor with God and men.” Luke 2:52 NKJV “But the path of the just is like the shining sun, That shines ever brighter unto the perfect day.” Proverbs 4:18 NKJV God is a God of Advancement. It is His will that we make progress. “Then Samuel said to the people, “ It is the LORD who raised up Moses and Aaron, and who brought your fathers up from the land of Egypt.” I Samuel 12:6 NKJV Behind mysterious exploits, it is the Lord that advances Men. God introduces the model with which we are to function. He creates patterns and systems. Ephesians 4:18. We need to understand His systems. God introduces the model with which we are to function. Once you understand the Principles, it works for you. 1. Encounters 2. Laws and Principles 3. Covenant with men. Spiritual laws are powerful, irrefutable. Growth and Advancement in this kingdom must be intentional. You must desire it. You cannot just hope and wish. You must initiate it intentionally. You find fulfillment in growth. There's always an instinct for advancement. First law of advancement: 1. The law of vision Jeremiah 1:11-12. There is a relationship between speed and vision. Genesis 13: 14-15. Vision: a clear picture of the next level of your life. Vision is powerful. Without vision there is no movement. In this, both science and religion agree. As powerful as vision is, you must break it into goals and daily tasks.. if not, it remains a vision only. There's an energy, a power vision gives. Vision gives you the legitimate power to say no to many things. The unit of destiny is time. Whatever you give your life to, you give your destiny to. All leaders are visionary. Even the devil has a vision. We have many sociological sayings that has been passed down from ages, it sounds good but holds no power. Hoping that your life will change just because God is alive is not true. That one day something will just happen... If all you have is just a desire, it won't come to pass. You need goals, backed with sacrifices and taking responsibilities. “Now the LORD had said to Abram: “Get out of your country, From your family And from your father’s house, To a land that I will show you.” Genesis 12:1 NKJV Vision and imagination is powerful. 2nd Law of advancement: 2. The Law of Light. The power of spiritual illumination. Colossians 1:9. Galatians 2:2 Psalms 45:4 Ecclesiastes 10:15. If it is financial growth you need, there is an exact body of knowledge allocated for that. For whatever it is you need, there are principles that control them. “And I will give this people favor in the sight of the Egyptians; and it shall be, when you go, that you shall not go empty-handed.” Exodus 3:21 NKJV Good understanding is what gives favor. Favor works with sight. Esther 2:15. Invest in knowledge. Knowledge before luxury. The 3rd Law of advancement: 3. The last of transformation Your mindset is the gateway through which the Holy spirit and even demons get a gateway to your life. Proverbs 23:7. A mindset is a sustained thinking pattern. It is view point. A perspective. It talks about your thinking pattern. A stronghold is a mindset that had been fortified by demons so that you do not think any other way. You do not change what is following you, you change your mindset and then they will leave. How do you get transformation? By Awareness: once you know you lack something, you can begin to look for a solution. Genesis 11:1-5.
