Genesis 2: Time with God

Hey everyone, Austin Glines here. In this episode of Revolution to Lead, we're starting a new series called "Time with God." It can be hard to know what to say, focus on, or how to start when you are taking time with God. In this series, we are here to guide you through your time with God. We'll be taking a journey through the Bible to see God's revolutionary story and how it impacts our lives today. Today's scripture is Genesis 2 where we talk about how God gave us a choice not to force us to fail, rather, a choice is required in order to truly love. We discuss how before the fall God gave us responsibility to tend to the Garden of Eden and gave us direction not to eat from the Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Bad. Both responsibility and choice are required to feel fulfilled and in order to fell and give love.
