Based in the company's global headquarters, they track the largest industrial market in the United States at 1.2 billion square feet and work with a team of about 40 producers, which is JLL’s largest industrial brokerage team in the country. Their research is utilized daily for a variety of unique and complex industrial transactions from tenant representation, dispositions, build-to-suits, and investment sales. Chad and George are also involved with market assessments using labor analytics and GIS mapping, and produce innovative whitepapers on industry trends.
