Wednesday really turns up the heat. You're looking at 76 degrees and partly sunny. Down along the coast, you're winning the sunshine lottery today. Mostly sunny skies push highs to near 69 degrees. East winds run around 10 miles an hour. Just keep your eyes peeled after 10 P.M. — some sea fog could roll in. Lows drop to 55. Wednesday starts foggy but turns sunny quickly, hitting 75.
