Good morning. Georgia. I'm Aaron Jolly. Fog is the headline this morning. Dense Fog Advisories blanket south central Georgia until 10 A.M. Visibility is dropping to a quarter mile or less in spots. Take it slow on the roads. The mist burns off by late morning. And then we're off to the races. In the next 24 hours. Metro Atlanta sits at 52 degrees right now under partly cloudy skies. Fog lingers until 11 A.M. Then we climb to 75 degrees this afternoon. That's about 51 degrees above normal for early March. Tonight brings partly cloudy skies and a mild low of 57 degrees. Down along the coast. Savannah wakes to fog as well. Highs reach 75 degrees with a light northeast breeze. Tonight dips to 58 under mostly cloudy skies. Eastern Georgia sees the warmest readings today. Augusta climbs to 78 degrees after patchy fog clears by 9 A.M. Tonight falls to 57. Tomorrow turns even warmer. Atlanta hits 80 degrees. Augusta reaches 81. The coast stays a touch cooler at 77. Looking ahead, this spring preview continues. Highs in the low 80s Friday through Tuesday. That's roughly 51 degrees above normal. Rain chances return Friday afternoon and stick around through the weekend. A few thunderstorms possible Saturday and Sunday. In One note for eastern georgia, a Flood Warning remains in effect for the Ogeechee River near Midville until Friday morning. Minor flooding is occurring. Full moon tonight if the clouds break. And we're gaining over two minutes of daylight each day now. Spring equinox sits just 16 days away. In Today's highs, 75 in Atlanta, 75 at the coast, 78 in eastern Georgia.
