Get a Grip!

Stop, listen, and look! A problem gets overblown in my head, I play the avoiding game, and next thing you know I'm ready to sell my first-born child, or like Elijah, ready to call it quits because I'm afraid. Time to get a grip!When we get distracted by fear or frustration or fatigue, we can learn to "get a grip" and work through the problem. Often it's after a big win that we feel this way.
