KC Mitchell, a former military serviceman, shares his life story and journey of resilience after a life-altering injury. He grew up in a small city in California and joined the military right after high school. KC served in Iraq and Afghanistan, where he was severely injured by an IED. Despite facing the possibility of losing his leg, KC maintained a positive mindset and set goals for his recovery. He eventually made the decision to amputate his leg and embarked on a journey of physical and mental transformation. Today, KC is a fitness enthusiast and an inspiration to others. KC Mitchell, also known as  @That1legmonster  shares his journey into powerlifting after a life-altering accident. He was inspired to pursue powerlifting after witnessing a legendary powerlifter, Brandon Allen, at a competition. KC was captivated by the energy and intensity of the sport and wanted to experience it for himself. He trained hard for a year to learn how to squat normally and eventually competed in his first powerlifting competition. KC's dedication and perseverance led him to achieve his goals and inspire others along the way. In this final part of the conversation, KC Mitchell discusses his future goals in powerlifting and his passion for golf. He shares his desire to make a comeback in powerlifting and set new records as an amputee athlete.
