Welcome to Part 2 of our interview with Leah Karin, Da Hood Doula! This episode is titled: "GET YO TRIBE!" We’ve said this before on this show when asking someone to come collect their people from acting a fool, but today we mean it in a different way. This episode is about how to find your tribe. Most of our listeners are well into adulthood, which means they understand the struggle of finding and maintaining solid friendships. The struggle is real for introverts dressed up as extroverts. And today, our guest of honor, is going to help us send out the right energy to connect with the right people.  Leah Karin is a health enthusiast. And, just like many things in her life, she approaches healthcare from an "outside of the box" practice.  Combining her training as a doula and personal trainer with being a mental health advocate and mentor, Karin assists clients on their journey to finding their own spiritual, mental, and physical breakthroughs. She brings a warm energy to every room enters through her vulnerability, honesty, and personal testimony. Leah Karin has successfully found a way to brand her "sunshine" energy, thus creating a people-centered business built on positivity and providing overwhelming support.  This Huntsville native, by way of Chicago, is a sage-smudgin, sister circle lovin', eclectic creative womb warrior with a giant smile, colorful bouquet of flowers growing out of her mind, and an open heart.
