Girls Trip!! (but really the end of an era!)

After 7 years, 10 cohorts, over 100 women and countless transformative experiences, the We Will Rise mastermind has officially come to a close. Aloha from Kauai!!  For the first time on the podcast, we have sitting with us live Cohort 10 of the We Will Rise mastermind program, Erin, Tricia, and Kayla. Hitting record on our final circle experience for the We Will Rise mastermind program, now in its final and last 10th cohort, we reflect on the program's evolution and impact.  Grab a tea and a cozy blanket, and listen in as we mark the end of an incredible journey together!  This final retreat, held in Kauai, was less about processing and more about pure celebration and connection. No agendas, no schedules - just us girls reveling in the magic we've created together. We totally opted out of traditional healing activities in favor of just "being" together. We discussed the importance of community, the significance of the retreat's final chapter, and the lessons learned over the years. Andee and Kristin also shared personal anecdotes, including a challenging hike and the program's financial investments, totaling close to seven figures AL INC. has poured into these immersive retreats for the clients to experience.  From scaling cliffs in questionable footwear to finding the perfect beach, too many "Under the Tree" ceremonies to count, pregnancies, babies, losses, challenges, wins, and celebrations … we sure have weathered it all. The bonds we've forged are unbreakable, and the lessons we've learned will continue to shape our work in profound ways. As we close this chapter, we're overflowing with gratitude for each and every one of you who has been a part of this community. The energy, vulnerability, and commitment you've brought has truly left a significant mark on our hearts.
