Give the Lamp a Rub: The Lesson of Aladdin

This idea came up while doing a goal-setting session for a livestream on our YouTube channel. I gave the example of Aladdin and the genie 🧞‍♂️. He couldn’t make the princess fall in love with Aladdin ❤️ When making goals of your own, keep in mind, you can’t make anyone love you. Or treat you better - or treat you fairly. You cannot change or control people or circumstances. All we really have control over is ourselves, and how we respond to the people and circumstances in our lives. However, just like Aladdin realized, you can’t change others, but you can change yourself. Become the kind of person who attracts the people and circumstances you wish you had in your life. Become the best version of yourself 🤗🙏
