If that wasn't enough, Kim's health continues to nosedive as she stubbornly refuses to figure out a new "normal,"  which results in a battle for her life from septic shock, respiratory failure, hypoxia, and severe memory loss. Unable to recognize familiar faces and places, she turns to journaling and spiritual reflection to document her healing journey and record how she sees Christ and miracles throughout her day.
