Giving Yourself The Permission

from Let's Coach with Carolyn - Career Strategist, Leadership and Life Coach · host Carolyn R Owens

Send us Fan MailAs we go through the challenges of life we often find the weight and the burden far to heavy to carry. You want to give up and allow yourself to become absorbed in the hurt, pain and rejection making this the headline of your life story.  What if you can begin to work through the process and tell yourself a different story?  According to our guest this week, Andrea M. Smith, the "process" positions and develops us to see beyond ourselves and our circumstances. Andrea is an author, speaker, entrepreneur and the founder of Restore Such Ministries and CEO of SAS Web & Graphic Design.  She herself has faced challenges that many would have chosen to give up on life and live in fear and self-pity. By going through the process, she found her freedom and her purpose and now helps others to heal. Her mission is to help those with emotional hurt to successfully breakthrough and overcome oppressive struggles.  Andrea believes it is not the validation of others that you should crave,  just give yourself the permission to succeed; give yourself permission to live.  Recently selected to serve as a speaker at the 7th Annual Pink Event, Andrea will give us a preview of her upcoming presentation as well as share with you how "The Process" can help you heal from past hurt, rejection and pain. Tune in to hear this very powerful message.
