Only about 3 percent of adults have clear, written goals. These people accomplish five and ten times as much as people of equal or better education and ability but who, for whatever reason, have never taken the time to write out exactly what they want. Set goals in 6 different categories:  Time Health Money Relationship Self-Improvement Higher Power or Spirituality SMART Goals: S - specific, significant, stretching M - measurable, meaningful, motivational A - agreed upon, attainable, achievable, acceptable, action-oriented R - realistic, relevant, reasonable, rewarding, results-oriented T - time-based, time-bound, timely, tangible, trackable Definitions provided by Project Smart. What new habits do I need to develop to accomplish these goals? What old habits, stories that keep me from achieving my goals do I need to drop?
