God First When Communicating With Your Sons and Daughters Ephesians 6:4 “And ye fathers, provoke not your children to wrath; but bring them up in the nurture and admonition of the Lord”. As a father having a son, I find it challenging to talk to him at times, to really have a discussion about his week at school, home, his friends, his worries and concerns. It is especially hard since he and his sister are adults and I do not want to make it seem like I'm prying. I try my best to be there in words, deeds and actions that show and share my love for them. As members of the Body of Christ we must have relationships with our children as fathers based on the love and faith with Christ. Even when our children stray away, believe and have faith they will be back in the Body of Christ. Fathers pray in the morning and pray in the evening with your families to set a foundation of faith, love and believe in Christ not based on money nor on materialistic things. God First in life!!!
