God’s Faithfulness in the Gleaning

Hello! Welcome back to the Scrubbed In & Spirit Led podcast! We are a chapter of Nurses Christian Fellowship based in Rapid City, SD. Our mission is to encourage, equip, and empower nursing and pre-nursing students to be God’s light in the nursing field. In this week’s episode, your co-hosts, Kirsten and Mackenna, dive into the book of Ruth in the Bible! They also talked with a special guest and NCF Rapid City member, Tessa, about her beautiful testimony and how God has worked in her life. She mentions how even when she felt she was gleaning (to gather “scraps” after a harvest) like Ruth, it was exactly where God needed her to be.  Tune in to this honest and vulnerable episode about how God is intertwined in our everyday lives, even when it seems like we can’t see Him. It is during our biggest trials and deepest valleys where God shows us just how real He is. Jesus is so good and so faithful to us even when we choose to turn back to our Moab. Through listening to both Tessa’s story and how God worked through Naomi, Ruth, and Boaz’s life, we can know that God’s will for our life is so much better than we could’ve ever imagined.
