What this episode covers

It is almost Easter. Over the 40 days of Lent leading up to Easter, we have been looking at those spiritual and not so spiritual sounding words that begin with the prefix “re”. Words like: revision - which means to make a change that corrects or improves something or to produce a new version. Words like: rediscover; reborn; return; restore; revitalize; rejoice. This thematic journey has led us now to Holy Week and to our final words: reject. And, of course, and most important of all: resurrect. In preparation for Easter Sunday and the resurrection, Pastor John and Nate have prepared a podcast focusing on the days leading up to Easter, especially Good Friday and what that day meant during Jesus' time and what it means for us today. We hope you will take some either today or on Good Friday to reflect on the words and songs presented and what Good Friday means to you.
