Grading Every NFL Team’s 2025 SeasonIt’s officially offseason mode, which means it’s time to stop reacting and start evaluating. In this episode, I graded all 32 NFL teams based strictly on the numbers, the film, and what actually translated on Sundays. Some teams validated the process, like the Super Bowl champion Seattle Seahawks and the resurgent Rams. Others flat out disappointed relative to talent — looking at you, Buffalo, Detroit, and Philadelphia. There were young cores that took real steps forward, like Chicago and Carolina, and there were teams stuck in neutral with generational quarterbacks and nothing to show for it. Coaching changes, cap space, draft capital — all of it matters now, but this grading is about what already happened. If your team underachieved, I said it. If they overdelivered, I gave them their flowers.
