Grieving through the Holidays

In todays episode, we have Erik joining us! He lost his mom the night before Christmas Eve and was opening up about the leading up to the day of taking her off of life-support, days after, years after, and the growth he’s had since. Losing someone is difficult, reliving their death on the anniversaries is difficult, but when the anniversaries and the holidays line up, its a tough thing to have to maneuver. Erik has been at the lowest of his lows and now getting to live some of his highest moments with a smile on his face and an angel in heaven guiding his way.
