from Podcasting Unlocked: Tips and Growth Podcast Strategies for Impact-Driven Entrepreneurs · host Alesia Galati

Podcasting can feel like a lonely venture when first starting out, when you’re doing everything yourself and worrying about whether or not the statistics you’re seeing are “normal”. Finding a podcast network that aligns with your mission and values allows you to collaborate with other podcasters, grow your audience, and feel a little less like an island in the sea of podcasting. Karen Roberts is here today to share her experience going from fitness coach to podcaster, starting a podcast network, and more! This week, episode 149 of Listeners to Leads is about growing your show with an aligned podcast network! Karen Roberts is a seasoned fitness industry veteran with over 25 years of experience who made a bold leap into the digital space. After successfully guiding coaches through the transition to online entrepreneurship, she hosted her inaugural online summit in 2020. Mintwave Radio recognized her expertise and invited her to launch a weekly show, 'A Coffee with Karen - a cup of positivity with just a sprinkling of wu wu podcast,' breaking free from the constraints of traditional radio. In 2021, she took charge of the station, founding the Raising Vibrations Podcast Network, driven by the realization that providing a platform was insufficient. Karen identified a need for a comprehensive strategy, leading her to join forces with Evans Putman the founder of Podcast Profit School. In this episode of Listeners to Leads, Karen Roberts is sharing the importance of building trust with your audience through consistency and actionable steps you can take right now to find like-minded people to collaborate with. Karen and I also chat about the following: Allowing your show to grow with and align with your business.Podcasting as an introvert-friendly alternative to speaking at in-person events.Building trust with your listeners through consistent, quality content.Don’t wait for things to be perfect - just get started.Be sure to check out Karen’s Podcast Profits Unleashed monthly FREE workshop!Be sure to tune in to all the episodes to receive tons of practical tips on turning your podcast listeners into leads and to hear even more about the points outlined above. Thank you for listening!
