if you took the time to give yourself some grace and sit with your body, i'm proud of you. as a society we look at self love as "unnecessary" or "irrelevant", but if we really looked into how we speak to ourselves and how it effects how others (and the world) treats us, we would probably be surprised at how one small change a day could help shape you to the human your soul is supposed to be. let things be, you're so worthy of rest, a powerful love, amazing friends, good food, lots of energy, a peaceful walk, a swim in the ocean, playtime with your pet. you deserve all the small things in life that make it worth living. it all starts with the love you have for yourself.
