Guidelines to a good leader (Mini series #1)

In this episode of the Bible Gal podcast, we start a mini series breaking up the scripture 1 Timothy 3:1-13 into chunks, and diving deep into the guidance and instructions God has given us on how to be good church leaders. In this episode we cover: 1 Timothy 3:1-3Psalm 139:23-24Isaiah 43:19 Not leading in a negative/ condescending way, but encouraging, uplifting, building them up, and supporting them. Reframing from expressing our disappointment.Having self control over our emotions, and being mindful of how we handle our feelings, when we are not in a good mood. That we are wise knowing others are looking at us, and having a Godly character reputation, and seeking opportunity to teach and model this to others. Allowing God to change our hearts, to love people more.
