Guts . . . trust them

Hello witches! Thank you for stopping into the House of Odd. I hope you are all feeling rested and . . .  oh who am I kidding. . . anyone else out there not sleeping? Anyway, tonight we are talking about trusting our guts, a few things that may have caused us to not trust out guts and why it is important to restore your faith in yourself. This episode is brought to you by the Queen of Wands and Bluelace agate! Weird, I know hot /cold things.  I will run you through an exercise I know only to myself as Gut Check. Doesn't really have a cool Feri name or anything like that, but it does help you learn to recognize and pin point what your gut is trying to communicate. I do hope that you enjoy.
