Happy Fourth of July! As we celebrate our independence, I invite you to reframe this holiday as more than just liberation from an oppressive regime.

Even if we as a collective have survived this harsh experience, sometimes this oppressiveness gets recreated – especially in our relationships.

We find ourselves in the same unhealthy patterns and dynamics with different people.

In this episode, I invite you to reflect on our interconnectedness – how we treat the world and the people we meet affect everything around us.
