It combines poised demeanor, ethical behavior, and effective communication to establish leadership and control, often without needing physical force.Whether you know it or not, everyone has a certain level of command presence; some more than others. It is simply a powerful inner quality that can be easily noticed in certain people. For instance, former professional football player and legendary Hall of Fame quarterback, Tom Brady has absolute command presence. From the moment he enters the huddle there is no doubt that his command presence allows the other players on the team to perform at a higher level because of his superior leadership skills and intense work ethic. Brady has a confidence level that is second to none and it is easily noticed by everyone, especially if you closely watch him play the game of football on national television. Another individual with total command presence is the amazing Morgan Wallen. I went to my very first country concert and his command presence was as powerful and amazing as anyone I have ever seen.So trust me, we all have it within us, but the question do you know where to find it within yourself. So many people lack confidence or they are always very low key so you rarely or will never see that command presence. I believe someone will have to challenge that person and work hard to pull out his or her command presence.
