The major theme of Jesus's preaching was about His Kingdom. Almost everything Jesus said came from a description of what this new kingdom was going to be like. He said it was near, but it's also still coming in a greater way. The biggest thing Jesus talked about was just how different His new Kingdom was than any kingdom man had ever seen before. He compared it to a seed, a destination wedding, and buried loot (sounds more like Jack sparrow than just saying treasure). Jesus wants us to understand what this kingdom looks like today. Join us this fall for a special 10 week series about a Kingdom that you are invited to join. It was the central message of the most interesting person to ever live. Hear from His own words what's so great about His Kingdom.

Confirm Not Conform Ed Gungor One of the challenges facing the Christian Church today is infusing those who come from a basic, pagan worldview with the true Christian faith. The Shape of the Liturgy podcast addresses this and other questions like, “How can we sustain a community of faith over multiple generations?” These are not new questions for the Church, so it’s quite natural to look back to see how she has addressed these issues throughout history. In this podcast, Bishop Ed Gungor provides a landscape of Christian thought, practice, and formation that has enabled the Church to successfully find her voice in the midst of a deeply pluralistic culture, not unlike our own. This series not only explores this conversation generally but explains how it is specifically impacting the Diocese of St. Anthony, the diocese of which he serves as the Bishop Ordinary.Production by Citizens of Sound
