This week on Uncharted Careers, Courtney talks with her cousin, Josh, who is a Senior Client Experience Manager at a publicly traded healthcare technology company, Phreesia. Josh graduated from college in 2018 and found a job at Phreesia as a Business Development Representative. He spent a lot of time putting in the hard work as a BDR, making many cold outreaches per day looking for opportunity to bring to the sales team. From there, he was promoted in the Client Experience team and has continued to grow in his responsibilities under that arm of the organization. Listen to this episode to hear Josh's tips on growing within a sales organization and the value of finding good mentors.
