Helping People Get Out of Their own Way with Victoria Peterson

Jeff’s guest today is Victoria Peterson, one of the creators of the Business Foundations training that has helped many including Jeff.  Victoria describes her job as helping people get out of their own way.  She’s a firm believer that everything you need is already inside you, you just need to be put in an environment to help unlock it.  Jeff and Victoria are talking about leadership, something you’re not taught in school.  Victoria describes leadership as the ability to move above the fray of today, look out, and decide your future.  You have to lead yourself before you can lead others and then you will attract other people towards your vision.  So define your core beliefs; why should people follow you?
