Welcome to the Cultiv8ing Ministry Podcast.  Moving from children's to youth ministry, or Jr. High to High School Ministry, or even from High School to College creates unique challenges and opportunities both for the persons who are transitioning to new ministries and for the leaders and persons already involved in their ministries. On this week's episode we spend some quality time offering leaders some insight into how to create an environment that makes for a successful transition regardless of the age level.
