Holiday Boundaries

The holidays for some of us bring up so many unpleasant, fearful, lonely feelings and memories from the past that can bring up deep pain.  We can be  so wrapped up in the demands of our extended families and others that we often we can’t wait for them to be over.These feelings can be attached to the past that has now become the present and if we aren’t careful can become the future. We wanted to voice some possible challenges that may arise this year or perhaps have every year for as long as you can remember.In this episode we will discuss how we can begin to put some things in place that give us the freedom to express our choices and focus on the gift of Jesus, the reason behind the celebration.You can find Renovating U on instagram and facebook.
