Summary
In this episode, Janib offers her perspective and unapologetic passion towards Mental Health Awareness. This is just the beginning. One of Janib's soul missions is to advocate and use her platform and voice as a tool towards providing awareness to those who are in vulnerable positions as far as their mental state. With the Black Lives Matter movement currently being saturated on all of our social media timelines, Janib believes that as minorities, we need to take the time out to pause and reflect when necessary. That way we are able to process and assess our next steps towards justice. It all starts from within so we can project higher vibrations, thus unifying the collective all together. She believes that these conversations, sharing our personal testimonies, and taking intentional steps towards being and doing better will bring us to our higher selves.
