Jake highlights some things that stood out in the win last night for the Hoosiers and they also discuss the news that Bill Belichick will not be inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame.       (30:13-44:03) – In the opening segment of the show, Eddie asked Jake why college athletes announce that they are entering (insert league) draft despite having no college eligibility left. Jake answers his question with a rant. (1:35:18-2:04:02) – The Dean, Mike Chappell, from CBS4 and FOX59 makes his weekly visit on Query & Company to explain how the Pro Football Hall of Fame voting process goes, highlights how they divide the finalists into different groups, admits that there wasn’t anyone in the voting process that said to not vote for Bill Belichick, states that Spygate was brought up during Belichick’s presentation to the Hall of Fame, and the significance of being a first ballot Hall of Famer in the NFL compared to other leagues. (2:04:02-2:16:40) – Sports Illustrated’s Matt Verderame joins Query & Company to share his conversation with Bill Polian last night after it came out that he was suggesting that people shouldn’t vote for Bill Belchick, points out there Polian is being scapegoated for Belichick not making it on the first try despite ten other people not voting for him, and believes that the Seattle Seahawks are going to dominate the New England Patriots in the Super Bowl.
