We now come to the concluding chapter of Hosea. In this chapter we transition from the formal charges and coming judgment against Israel, to the opportunity for repentance and restoration. Hosea began with an illustration of God's incredible love for Israel displayed in Hosea's marriage to Gomer. Now we see the reality of God's love for Israel.

God certainly loves the backslider. In Hosea we see God's love for the backslider displayed brilliantly.

If you are a backslider, confess, repent and return to Jesus. He will most definitely receive you. If you have a loved one who is backslidden, continue to pray for them without ceasing. God loves the backslider.
