HOUR 4 - Rooney waits on Rodgers, Name Game, Eric Edholm

Art Rooney said Aaron Rodgers will make his decision ‘soon.’ It’s the same old song & dance. Last year we waited until early June and we are headed for that again. And it sounds like the owner doesn’t really care. He wanted an answer by free agency, then by the owner’s meetings, then by the draft – and we still don’t have one. It feels like the Steelers are settling after already seeing how things went with Rodgers. Are Art’s priorities in the right place? Name Game. Eric Edholm from NFL dot com joined the show. What will the board look like for the Steelers at 21? Eric thinks KC Concepcion is a name to keep in mind. Eric suggested that we could see 10 offensive linemen go in the 1st round. Is there a path for Vega Ioane to make it to 21? Is Monroe Freeling worthy of a 1st round pick? Eric made a point about Germie Bernard as a WR option on the second night of the draft. Eric said Kenyon Sadiq is a great player that can be used more as a weapon than anything, but his blocking ability is underrated. Eric labeled this as a deep year for defensive backs.
