Property prices in counties Sligo and Donegal rose in the final quarter of 2023, according to the latest MyHome.ie property price report.Property prices in Donegal rose by €10,000 during that quarter.The report also shows that the median asking price for a property in the county is now €209,950.Properties in Sligo rose by €1,500 with the median asking price for a price for a property in the county now standing at €199,000.Property prices have fallen by €8,000 in Leitrim, however with the median price now standing at €169,000.Managing Director of MyHome.ie, Joanne Geary says the message is different in each of the three counties.
