I've met SO many people who are people pleasers. At our age, it's pretty common given that we want to make lots of friends and not be on anybody's bad side. While it seems like being a people pleaser might be beneficial to people around you, it also happens to be one of the worst forms of self-sabotage. It's ironic because you're pleasing everybody but yourself. In this episode, I share my detailed thoughts as a people-pleaser myself and how I try to alter those thoughts in a healthy way so that I learn to put myself first. If you suffer with being a people pleaser too, just know that I can empathize heavily with you and I hope this episode will help you to overcome that and be a better person for yourself :)
