How Love and Trust Can Guide Us Into Transformation (Michelle Boule)

from How We Heal with Ryan Pink · host Ryan Pink

In this discussion, Michelle shares some of her story starting at the age of 16, when she was a dancer and dealing with an injury that some said would end her career. During this time she was introduced to a broader range of therapies and supports and was able to transition into dancing professionally. Still dealing with injuries though, she shares how she tried a practitioner who helped her to look at healing differently, including the importance of dealing with emotions such as anger. Eventually, she found BodyTalk therapy, an energy and consciousness healing system and quickly trained as a practitioner, learning about the head, heart, and gut "brains." This modality of healing energetically asks bodies what the priority for healing is, and once that is addressed, she explains, the energy is then freed up to heal other parts of the person seeking help.  Michelle discussed next how all things seem to come back to love, such as accessing more money, connection to self, others and spirit, and healing itself. The vibration of love is touched on, and also the idea that the unknown is the only place transformation takes place. She suggests that love and trust are what allows us into the unknown.Michelle Boule is a transformational life and business coach with a unique methodology.
