In 2007, he launched his career in chiropractic, where he expanded his single office practice into one of largest chiropractic companies in the state. Five years later, he began investing in real estate at first through single-family homes and then advanced into multi-family properties. In 2016, Rief broke ground on his first multi-family development known as Talon Apartments in Grand Island, Nebraska. His developments, which he oversees from design through construction and management, now include Prairie Heights Apartments in Lexington, Legacy Bend in Norfolk, Element 30 in Kearney, and Legacy 34 in Grand Island. Rief is the President of Full Circle Services, Inc., which provides all the management and maintenance of his real estate assets.
