How the ethics investigation into Speaker Plocher became the top story in Jefferson City this week

A group of bipartisan legislators earlier this week voted down a report that would have recommended a formal letter of disapproval for Missouri House Speaker Dean Plocher. Among other issues, the ethics committee was investigating how Plocher was reimbursed for travel expenses.
