How to Discover Your True Potential

We're following on from last week's episode where we talked about how, when using your mind as nature and evolution intended, you don't have a clue who you are... you only think that you actually are your so-called Conceptual Self which is, as we now know, a figment of someone else's imagination.This week we're going further - we're not only revisiting a couple of the key issues in relation to not know who you are, we're exploring who you could really be... what your inner potential truly is.Most people don't know that their potential is practically unlimited. That's because most people have never glimpsed their inner potential - never even had a suspicion or a whiff of it!But your true potential begins to present itself to you when you clear your mind, when you empty your mind of the noise in your head and present yourself to the here and now. Yes, I've used that word (present) deliberately because, when you do empty your mind of your thoughts and present yourself to the present moment, you become present, you have presence, you begin to (quite literally from the perspective on modern quantum biology) shine your life.Shine your light into your own life now - start living your life to the full.
