He also serves on the Board of Directors and is the Chairman of the Legislative Committee for the GDAA, and is a member of the Ohio Apartment Association and the National Apartment Association. Additionally, Nate is a co-owner of Protective Thermal Solutions, a commercial pest control company servicing multi-family and commercial properties in Central and Dayton, Ohio. He is also a member of the Conway Family Business Center and participates in their CEO Peer Groups. Nate holds the Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Managers and is a licensed real estate salesperson in the state of Ohio.
