YES, this means no checking social media, taking un-urgent phone calls, and responding to emails during designated time blocks. For those that are used to keeping a long to-do list and struggle to decide which items to check off first, you’ll soon be starting each day with a concrete schedule that lays out what you’ll work on and when.
