How to schedule your practicing (and your life) when you feel like you're super busy
from The Feis Fit Podcast · host Jeanne Weller
You ever use the phrase "I'm so busy!"Yep, I feel you my friend! As dancers we have to juggle a lot of different priorities. Not only do we have the normal human stuff like going to school or work, family, friends, errands/laundry/etc...we also have a pretty demanding spart (the new name I decided on just now to use for art forms that are sports), to fit in. And if you're anything like me, if you don't have your day organized, it can feel like you are constantly just running from one thing to the next. That's why I've started to take time to plan out my days in a very specific way. This was has helped me overcome the challenge of having to juggle work, dance, family, friends, spirituality, etc. and hopefully it will help you too! ❤️Check it out and make sure to leave me a 5-star review if you like it! Oh and don't forget to take a screenshot and share this with your friends on IG. I want to help dancers around the world learn more about their bodies and inner and outer strength to help them take their dancing to the next level, and I need your help to spread the word!
