This insight comes from Andreas Weindel, the VP Head of Treasury at Esprit. Andreas kicked off his career as a treasurer with the multinational tech company, Siemens. His was an unconventional transition into the career path as he didn’t work with various financial services or study to be a treasurer. Rather, he started right away as an in-house consultant on risk advisory and financing.Since then, he has moved on to roles in Webasto AG, Haribo Holding GmbH & Co. KG, Vapiano S.E., and presently, Esprit.Founded in San Francisco in 1968, Esprit is a global fashion brand with a presence in over 40 countries.
